Peter is an experienced metallurgist with a background in consultancy and testing. After Graduation he worked for NDT Services in the East Midlands as assistant manager, then manager, in their metallurgical laboratory. During this time he worked for a wide variety of clients in various industries including, but not limited to, the automotive, marine, aerospace and food sectors.After this he worked in industry as a production and development manager in a specialist polymer coating company before returning to metallurgical work as an independent consultant. During his time as an independent he worked for a variety of clients on failure investigations and expert witness cases, particularly for trading standards and personal injury claims. In 2002 he joined MTD as our metallurgist where his skills have been used in investigation, consultancy, and litigation work for our clients.
